At MahiMax, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Refunds
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product was missing or leaked at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
- The request is made after 24 hours of delivery
- The issue is due to personal preference or allergic reaction
- The product was purchased during a sale or promotion (unless damaged)
Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement will be shipped, or
- A refund will be processed (depending on the situation)
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
